FaceStream processes recognition data locally. Security reports for the product, portal or release infrastructure are handled separately from general support.
Verified releases and licences
Published software artifacts are identified by immutable digests. Licences are signed, and a device verifies their contents before enabling an edition.
Coordinated disclosure
Report a suspected vulnerability privately with affected version, impact and reproducible steps. Please do not include personal data or run tests against systems you do not own.
Report a security issue privately
Use the dedicated mailbox rather than a public issue or social channel. We will acknowledge the report and coordinate the next steps.
